Scott Jones
CEO, Owner
In 2017, Scott Jones founded Glacier Consulting & Training, specializing in ISO standards consulting and auditing for various industries. With extensive experience as an ISO lead auditor and consultant, his team helps companies achieve efficient and cost-effective standard compliance. Before founding Glacier, Scott spent over seven years at a prominent certification body, overseeing various responsibilities related to ISO standards and certifications. He possesses the expertise needed to navigate ISO requirements and the certification process adeptly.
Michael Hutchcraft
President
Known as an R2v3 expert, Michael leads the Glacier team in meeting clients’ certification needs. Michael routinely collaborates with SERI on technical issues that have proven to push Glacier Consulting to the top level in R2v3 EHS consulting.
Prior to joining Glacier, Michael spent seven years at Clover Technologies Group as their corporate EHS Director, leading the company in R2 compliance throughout North America.
Josh Ingram
QEHS Consultant
Based in Dallas-Ft. Worth, Josh has experience in ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 9001, TL 9000 and R2. Knowing the commitment that companies make when heading for certification, Josh is passionate about assisting clients in improving their performance towards the environment and the health and safety of their workers.
Drew Pointe
QEHS Consultant
With a bachelor’s in environmental health and safety, and expertise in data-driven environmental solutions, Drew brings over five years of experience as an internal auditor, specializing in compliance with environmental, OSHA, and regulatory standards. Drew supports companies across various industries in achieving certifications such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, RIOS and R2v3.
Roger Greive
Senior QEHS Consultant
Roger has been working in the electronics reuse, recycling and sustainability field for more than 15 years, specializing in compliance and certifications. Before joining Glacier Consulting, he was the compliance manager for two R2-certified electronics processors in the Midwest. Roger worked for SERI for several years, where he was a member and eventual co-chair of the organization’s Technical Advisory Committee. He enjoys working with people in the many parts of the electronics sustainability industry and now continues that role as a senior consultant with Glacier Consulting.
David Savercool
Business Development Manager
With an MBA in sustainability studies and over three years of experience in account management across the healthtech, martech and edtech sectors, David is a skilled, multi-disciplinary professional who is passionate about helping businesses drive sustainable growth and achieve their organizational goals. As business development manager, David is responsible for connecting companies in need of ISO, R2, RIOS, and other certifications with Glacier’s team of experienced consultants.
