We’re grateful when clients refer us. As a thank you to those who recommend Glacier Consulting to others, we offer tiered, flexible rewards.

Rewards

• Tiered Rewards:

• • $25 gift card for every referral submitted
  • 5% bonus if the referee signs a project with Glacier Consulting

• Signing bonuses may be redeemed in the form of:

• • Cash
  • Gift card

• For every 3 referrals that sign, you’ll receive an extra $500 gift card (on top of your tiered rewards)

Recognition

We’ll highlight top referrers in our newsletters and on LinkedIn, giving you recognition within our network.

How It Works

1. Submit your referral via our Referral Form

2. We’ll reach out to your referral and explore how we can help

3. Receive your tiered rewards at each milestone:

• Referral submitted → gift card
• Contract signed → cash or gift card (paid within 30 days of client payment)

Program Rules

• Referrals must be new contacts not already in our system or pipeline
• Rewards are tied to each milestone (submission, meeting, closing)
• The 5% bonus applies to the first signed project only
• Rewards are paid to the first person to make the introduction
• Program subject to updates or changes
